Employment Opportunity With Owens Electric & Solar
Owens Electric & Solar has been in the electrical contracting business for over 40 years. We are currently seeking a journeyman or apprentice electrician. We specialize in residential/commercial service work and solar electric. Our office is located in San Mateo. Our job radius is Palo Alto to San Francisco.
General Qualifications: Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following
- 1. Must have excellent customer relation skills.
- 2. Must be very organized, and be able to meet aggressive timelines.
- 3. Willing to do residential service work and light commercial.
- 4. Be able to lift at least 100 pounds and not afraid of roof top heights.
- 5. Willing to work in extreme environments: Hot Sun, High places/roofs & Crawl spaces.
- 6. Own basic tools and pouch.
- 7. Knowledge of applicable National Electrical Code (NEC) sections.
- 8. Must have a clean valid drivers license. NO DUI or major violations
- 9. Must pass a Drug test.
- 10. Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- 11. Must pass a background check
